A remodel of an existing guest wing into a separate living area. 

In the main room, loft access was relocated nearly doubling the usable loft space.  Along one wall, we created a new kitchen with maple cabinetry, a custom concrete counter top, the client’s own glass tile, and new energy efficient appliances.  New cork flooring warms and quiets the space.

A window on the outside wall became a new private entry from a new stamped concrete pathway and patio.  In the bathroom, an inefficient storage water heater was replace with an on-demand water heater, creating space for a new stacking laundry.

No-VOC paints and water-based wood finishes keep the air quality healthy, energy efficient lighting and appliances reduce the utility impact.
