In the main room, loft access was relocated nearly doubling the usable loft space. Along one wall, we created a new kitchen with maple cabinetry, a custom concrete counter top, the client’s own glass tile, and new energy efficient appliances. New cork flooring warms and quiets the space. A window on the outside wall became a new private entry from a new stamped concrete pathway and patio. In the bathroom, an inefficient storage water heater was replace with an on-demand water heater, creating space for a new stacking laundry. No-VOC paints and water-based wood finishes keep the air quality healthy, energy efficient lighting and appliances reduce the utility impact. Cabinets supplied by Bayview Lumber. Natural flooring provided from 510 Interiors. Countertop fabricated by ConCreations. Stamped patio and path by Doug Locken Concrete.
